Answered Prayers!

Praise the Lord and a tremendous thank you to everyone who helped make September 30th a success!!!

In the previous blog you read that our goal and prayer for the year was two-fold: "to bring the Word of the Lord to the people of the Twin Cities in a very big way (bigger than we ever have in the past), and to help one another to grow together in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ."

On September 30th the Lord answered our prayers with the success of the FACC IMAX Night! Through a partnership with the Great Clips IMAX theater at the Minnesota Zoo we were able to invite people from all around the Twin Cities to fellowship with us, eat popcorn, and entertain the entire family with a showing of Deep Sea 3D! It was truly difficult to hold back tears and not shout for joy after seeing just how many people attended and interacted with one another. I believe that the best part of the night happened after the movie - when the large group that was once inside the theater remained gathered outside in the foyer giving hugs, shaking hands, taking pictures, and getting reacquainted or introduced for the first time. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

So what's next? Stay posted because this night was just the beginning!
